Apartment
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a historic building. It was constructed in 1890. Due to the construction of the building, the staircase is the only way to access the apartment. It comes with a shared roof terrace of 40m2! Enjoy the view of the city during your morning coffee. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a bed/living room. The separate bedroom holds a double bed which can be split. The living room has a small kitchen area which includes a combi microwave and fridge (with freezing compartment). The living room also holds a double bed which can be split. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. When entering the Loft Apartment, you first walk into the hallway. Via this hallway you can access the bathroom and separate toilet, and also the bedroom and living room.
The Loft Apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 guests maximum. It is 40 m2 large. The roof terrace of 40m2 is shared.

Surroundings
All great attractions Amsterdam has to offer are within walking distance. Such as the Ann Frank House (1 km), the nine picturesque little streets (700 m), the Van Gogh Museum (1.4 km) and Dam Square (Royal Palace) (1.5 km).
This part of Amsterdam holds many popular cafés and restaurants which are visited by both locals and tourists. These are all within walking distance from the apartment. The bus station is located across the water of the apartment (a 1 minute walk).
This provides you with a direct connection to Schiphol Airport (40 minutes) and Amsterdam Central Station (10 minutes). Surrounding the Loft Apartment you will also find: a bike rental, a car rental, a supermarket, a bakery and a coffee shop.
Travel information
From Schiphol Airport take bus 397 to Leidse square, it goes every 15 minutes. Exit the bus at Elandsgracht, which is the stop after Leidse square. You can also take a taxi straight to the apartment, depending on traffic this should cost around 40 to 50 euro maximum.
From Amsterdam Central station take tram 17 to the apartment, it goes every 15 minutes. The central station is the starting point of the tram. After 10 minutes exit the tram at Elandsgracht.
